The Studio of Architect Paul Scott Anderson is a small, professional practice in the art and science of Architectural Design, Construction Document production, Environmental Design, Municipal negotiations and approvals, and Construction Observation and Management.
A high level of craft in the profession of Architecture requires involvement in all of those processes to proceed seamlessly from a well-conceived, well-planned, conceptual design through the coordinated fabrication, and installation of masonry, steel, wood, glass, etc. to achieve a final desired result of which all participants can be proud.
Having received his license to practice Architecture in 1987, Paul has consistently honed his knowledge and expertise through applying his craft to many and varied types of projects, stretching from his role as Architect of Record for the Aliso Viejo Country Club and Aquatic / Conference Center, through his master plan and design of the first mixed-light licensed cannabis cultivation facility issued within the state of California, to his current Hospitality projects, a revised multi floor, conceptual guestroom conversion for the Hyatt Regency in North Lake Tahoe, after its purchase by the Larry Ellison group, and for various other hotel properties for another significant national resort hotel Ownership group.
A Laguna Niguel resident since 2001, where he resides with his wife of 23 years and helped to raise two beautiful children who are now adults themselves, Paul is beginning to shift his focus to engaging more with his local community and endeavoring to bring his experience to bear on projects closer to home.

At Armenta Learning Academy our mission is to empower, educate, and encourage children to reach their full potential no matter what their learning needs are. Armenta Learning Academy was established in 1989 and offers all students an alternative to traditional education with individualized programs and specialized school programs and tutoring services in school or at home. Our curriculum is designed for Pre-K through adult including special needs and gifted students in a one to one or small group setting.
We believe tailoring our programs to each student's individual learning needs, interests and talents optimizes their chances of thriving both academically and personally. We are also WASC and NCAA accredited. Students who need these options for athletics or college have more flexible curriculum and accreditations with these programs available to them to meet your child's needs. We also offer early graduation options, Independent and Accelerated Studies, including Gifted and Enrichment programs.
